The Fine Print


Our workshops are held in my home studio. Inside a beautiful white barn on the oceanside hills of Banora Point. We are also able to come to you. A travel fee may be added to balance payment depending on location.


Number of Guests

Our private events are a minimum of 8 guests with a maximum of either 15 or 20. If you would like more than this then we suggest using an off-site location. If guests cancel you are still required to pay for a minimum of 8 guests to run your event.


Payment and Deposit

Bookings fill up fast so please let us know at your earliest if you are wanting to secure a specific date.

A deposit of $250 is required to SECURE the date (this will be deducted from the final invoice).

The remaining balance + final numbers are to be finalised THREE weeks before the event so we can prepare materials.

We accept cash or card on the day of the event for final balance. 


Cancellation Policy

Please note that we turn people away once a date is secured.


Deposit refund policy

50% - if cancellation is more than 60 days before the event.

30% - if cancellation is 30 - 60 days before the event.

0% - if cancellation is less than 30 days before the event.



Unfortunately snap lockdowns may occur from time to time - as such we or you may need to reschedule the workshop if our localities are affected. Please get in touch with us if a lockdown may affect your booking as soon as possible.
